Conventional loans
Conventional loans are fine right now, however, the amount of downpayment required may vary. There may also be an issue, depending on downpayment, on which (if any) PMI (private mortgage insurance company) company will insure the loan for the lender. The Veterans Administration Loan is available! The Cobbles is on the VA approved list. No expiration date is listed. VA offers downpayments as low as ZERO percent, and the VA funding fee on your first VA purchase is 2.15% of the loan amount. FHA Loan Availablity
There is currently an FHA approval for this complex, however, the approval expires on May 31st. 2011. Not having this complex approved by FHA, could considerably reduce the saleability of the units.
